B. The use of product marks in the title of invoices, purchase orders, post offices and associated documents in telephone advertisements or other directory lists is permitted first only with the written permission of Part A; However, any use of this mark is only related to the manufacture, sale, distribution or promotion of licensed products under this contract. Part B will not use a trademark or trademark for commercial purposes without the written consent of Part A.
